Booking system for sights & attractions

With Activento you sell tickets for your sight or attraction online. Your guests pick a time slot when they buy and arrive spread across the day. So not everyone is queuing at the door at eleven. At the entrance your team scans each ticket and checks the time slot. What the desk sells is gone online that same moment.

Slots & day tickets

Fixed guest numbers for every time slot

You decide how many guests may enter per time slot. At the Spreeblick Tower that is 30 admissions every 15 minutes. When booking, your guests tap 17:30 and see 8 tickets still free. If space up top is tight, you also cap the guests on the tower at once. For that you enter 120 guests and a visit of about 60 minutes. For the castle gardens a day ticket valid in your opening hours is enough.

Entrance scan

The scan checks day and time slot

Your team stands at the entrance with the Activento app and scans every ticket. The scan checks the booked day, the time slot and your opening hours. If someone arrives at 17:00 with a ticket for 17:30, the app flags it. If you like, every visitor gets their own ticket with a QR code. A second scan of the same ticket shows “Already checked in”. In the app you see how many of the 30 guests for 17:30 are already there.

A combo ticket for palace, gardens and tower

You bundle up to three of your offers into one combo ticket. At Rosenhain Palace that is the tour, the gardens and the tower climb. Your guests enter how many are coming only once. Then they pick a day or time for each part. With a 10 percent combo discount an adult pays €22.50 instead of €25.

Sunset tickets cost a bit more

The sunset time slots are usually the first to go. You give them their own price, per ticket type if you like. At the Spreeblick Tower an adult ticket from 18:00 to 19:00 costs €22.50 instead of €17.50. For New Year's Eve you add a 20 percent surcharge. Your guests only ever see the final price.

Ticket desk & partners

Desk and website share every time slot

At the ticket desk you sell on a tablet or a PC. The guest pays cash or by QR code on their own phone. The desk sells from the same time slots as your website. If 8 tickets are left at 17:30, the desk shows exactly those 8. Hotels and the tourist office sell from that time slot too. In Germany a TSE signs every receipt for the cash book.
