Open the app and your day is already there: revenue, new bookings, today's guests and what is still unpaid. Below are the latest bookings, and behind them every booking with search and filters. In each one you can do what the office does at the desk: send a payment link, collect cash, resend tickets, add a note or cancel.

Every new booking as a push on your phone
As soon as a booking comes in, the Activento app sends you a push notification with the product and the number of guests. Customer data never shows on the lock screen. So you know what has sold, even when you are out on a tour or on the road.
No ticket? Sell it right at the tour
Someone at the meeting point wants to join? In your started tour, tap “Walk-up”: the sale opens on exactly that departure with its free seats. Take payment by Tap to Pay on your smartphone, in cash or by QR code, and the guests are checked in.
The guide scans, the office sees it instantly
The guide scans the ticket with the phone, and in the office the guest is checked in at the same moment. Without a signal the app keeps the scans and sends them as soon as reception is back. One ticket per booking or one per person, a pass or a single departure, by camera or by a tap in the guest list: every guest ends up in the same list.

The app tells you if the ticket is valid
The Activento app on the guide's phone reads the code on the ticket and tells you straight away: checked in, already checked in, for another tour or cancelled. The counter at the top shows how many guests are in, the latest scans stay visible, and a ticket that will not scan is typed in by hand.
No signal? The app keeps going
A note above the tab bar tells you when the phone or the server cannot be reached, and what still works. Scans made without a signal wait on the phone and go out on their own once the connection is back. Face ID or Touch ID locks the app, so nobody else gets into your bookings.
Check in the whole group with one tap
A bus pulls up and everyone is there? “Check in all” checks in every open guest in one step. Cancelled bookings, no-shows and test bookings are skipped. If you like, everyone still open when the tour ends is marked as a no-show, and a later check-in undoes that.
Assigned to a tour, list already on the phone
Whoever is assigned to a tour gets a push notification, and the tour appears in the Activento app. One tap opens the participant list: every guest with party size, language and payment status, plus the notes from the office. Opened with a signal, the app saves the lists of the next twelve hours on the phone, so they are there even without reception.
