Design your own ticket templates
A ticket template is made up of rows that you split into columns and fill with elements. These include your logo, images, text, data fields such as the date or participant name, and the scan code for check-in. PDF format, orientation, margins, font and background are set in the template settings. With “PDF preview” you open the ticket with sample data at any time, even before you save the template.
- Undo and redo, also by keyboard shortcut
- Up to three pages, for example with directions on page two
- DIN A4, A5 and boarding pass formats
- Meeting point, notes and cancellation policy taken from the product
Ad space on the ticket
The “Ad image” element places an image on the ticket, for example to promote another tour. You can add a link to it that can be clicked in the PDF. You can also set a date range based on either the order date or the date of the booked activity. If that date falls outside the range, the ad image does not appear on the ticket.
Code pool per product
Barcode numbers from a print shop or another ticketing system can be loaded into a product's code pool as a CSV file or a comma-separated list. When tickets are created, each code is assigned exactly once, per booking or per person depending on the setting. When the stock drops to the minimum you set, a task is created for you automatically.
Delivery, access and check-in
The booking confirmation contains a link for every booking through which your guests open their ticket as a PDF. It prints with the product's ticket template in the language of the booking. Under My booking the ticket can be opened again at any time, without a customer account or password. If participant names, the date or the seat change later, the ticket is regenerated automatically the next time it is opened.
