The product types at a glance
Every product type comes with its own booking flow and the settings it needs. For a classic activity your guests book seats per person type, while for a rental they book units such as e-bikes or kayaks. For a voucher they choose an amount or a specific experience.
- Fixed dates with start time, duration and capacity, with several parallel groups if needed
- You assign boats, buses and guides to each departure in the tour calendar
- A minimum number of participants per date, checked at a point before the start that you set
- Admission in a fixed time window or tickets that are valid all day
- A maximum number of admissions per time window and opening hours for each weekday
- The check-in scan only accepts the ticket on the booked day and within the opening hours
- Your guests book units such as e-bikes, kayaks or SUPs instead of seats per person
- You set up different rental periods, such as two hours or a full day, as product options
- Buffer times before and after each rental, plus an optional deposit that is due on site
- Your guests choose the start day, and the end date follows from the trip length you set
- You decide on which weekdays the activity may start, for example Saturdays only
- The calendar in the booking widget marks the whole period from the first to the last day
- Your guests book a whole course once, for example six Tuesday evenings, and are booked on every date
- You plan each course with its dates, places and language, and move or cancel a date for everyone at once
- Attendance per date, staff for all dates in one step, and if you allow it, guests switch to another course themselves
- Group prices in tiers by group size instead of a price per person
- Every booking is its own private group, so no other guests can book into it
- You set how many groups can start at the same time per slot
- You can set a starting point and a destination for the route, and both are shown in the booking widget
- Optional pickup at fixed pickup stops or at an address your guests enter while booking
- Departure times and seats are set through availability and capacities, as for any tour
- Your guests choose the amount within a minimum and maximum that you set
- Redeemable for all bookable products or only for the products you select
- A PDF voucher with a code, with an optional greeting and delivery to the recipient
- A voucher for one specific product, for example a harbour cruise for two people
- The voucher takes over the person types and prices of the product you choose
- The recipient picks the date and redeems the code when booking in the booking widget
- Two or three products in one package, or a super combo with a choice of alternatives
- Your guests enter the number of people once and then pick a date for each component
- The package price is the sum of the components minus a discount, or a price you set yourself
Products in up to 24 languages
You translate the name and short description of every product into each language that is active in your shop. The booking widget appears in your guests' language, and tickets and confirmation emails are created in the language of the booking. If a translation is missing, the widget shows the text in your default language.
One product in several versions
You set up different durations, services or rental periods of an offer as product options under one shared product. Each option has its own prices, availability and capacities. In the booking widget your guests see every option with its price and choose the one that suits them.
