Sell at the counter without double bookings
Your products sit as tiles on the left, the order builds up on the right. It looks the same on the tablet at the counter, on the computer in the office and in the Activento app. Every sale draws on the same departures and seats as your booking widget, so no seat is sold twice and every order lands in the same list as your online bookings.

Cash, card or on the guest's own phone
When you take payment you only see the methods you turned on under Settings → Payment Methods. For cash you type in what the guest hands over and see the change. A card payment waits under pending card payments until a smartphone collects it with Tap to Pay. A QR code opens the payment page on the guest's phone, and you see the moment the money is in.
The guest scans their confirmation
Every sale ends with a QR code on the screen. The guest scans it and has the order and the tickets on their phone. If you entered an e-mail address, the confirmation goes there as well. In Germany the TSE signature is shown with it. If a guest wants paper, you print the confirmation from the dashboard.
Take last-minute guests along at the meeting point
Not every sale happens at a counter. If someone at the meeting point still wants to join, tap “Walk-up” in your started tour. The sale opens on exactly that departure, you pick the guests and take payment: by Tap to Pay on your smartphone, in cash or by QR code. Once paid, the guests are checked in.

One register per location
A register belongs to one location, for example your ticket desk at the harbour. The register for your first location is included in every plan. For every further location you add a register for 15 € per month. As many devices as you need work on one register: tablet, computer and the Activento app.

In line with the law in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
We take care of the technical setup, so you work in line with the law from your first sale. In Germany a BSI-certified TSE signs every register transaction under the KassenSichV. Notifying the tax office of your register stays with you or your tax advisor; the ready-made ELSTER data sheet for it is in your settings. There you sell cashless walk-ups without a register as well. In Austria every walk-up is a register transaction, so Activento works there as a cash register under the RKSV and registers your register with FinanzOnline once you have entered your FinanzOnline access. Switzerland has no cash register duty.
Every sale lands signed in the cash book
In Germany a cloud TSE signs every sale at the register, whether cash, card or QR code, and writes it to the cash book. Cash movements, the register closing and the DSFinV-K export for a tax audit are in the same place. If the TSE cannot be reached, you keep selling: the sale is marked and the outage is logged.

We set up the TSE for you
We take care of the technical setup: we activate the cloud TSE for your register, and you need no access data of your own. You see how long the certificate is valid, when the last signature happened and whether your notification to the tax office is still open. If you like, the day closes automatically at a set time.
Register closing with a Z report as PDF
The open period shows receipts, gross revenue and the cash that should be in the till. Every closing lists the Z number, the period, the counted cash and the difference, with a PDF and totals by payment method and tax rate. The sales report groups cash sales by day and downloads as CSV.
