Group pricing
One price for the whole boat
For the private boat tour you set prices by group size. Up to 4 people the boat costs 260 euros, up to 8 people 380 euros. Whether five or eight people come along makes no difference to the price. The group sees its price as soon as it enters the headcount. If you have two boats, you let two groups start at the same time. Once both boats are taken at 10 am, that time shows “Sold out”.

Pickup & requests
Choose the hotel pickup right at booking
At booking the Ortega family picks a pickup stop from your list, say the Hotel am Karlsplatz. For each stop you set the lead time, here 30 minutes. If the tour starts at 8 am, the booking shows a pickup around 7:30 right away. The group also picks the language of the tour, for example English. It then answers your own questions, say about the occasion of the tour. Your participant list then shows pickup, language and occasion.

Sailing trip confirmed after a weather check
For the private sailing trip you switch on manual confirmation. The group books and pays online as usual. It only gets its ticket once you have confirmed the booking. That gives you time to check the weather and the boat, in this case until Monday 2 pm. If you decline, the booking is cancelled.
The group pays 30 percent at booking
If you switch on deposits, the group pays only a part when booking. At 30 percent that is 114 euros for the boat tour. The remaining 266 euros are due by your deadline, here seven days before the tour. Three days before that the group gets a reminder by e-mail. It pays the open amount directly in “My booking”.
Requests & quotes
You write a quote for the custom tour
Brandner Consulting uses your form to ask about a company outing with lunch. For twelve people you write a quote at a fixed price of 1,350 euros. Lunch at the inn is listed as its own line item. If you like, 24 October stays held until the quote expires. If the company says yes, you convert the quote into a booking. It gets the payment link by e-mail.
