Reschedule, cancel, add people
One guest wants to come a day later, another brings two friends, a third cancels. You handle all of it right in the order. Activento works out the price difference, sends the guest a payment link when needed and creates the matching invoice or cancellation invoice. Every change is recorded in the history.

Bring your old bookings with you
Coming from Regiondo, FareHarbor or your own spreadsheet? Upload the file as CSV or Excel, match the columns, check the file and start the import. Upcoming bookings are taken over without your guests getting an e-mail, past ones go into the history. For the first 60 days after you sign up the import is free. After that, only bookings with an upcoming date cost the OTA fee.
Partners hear about their bookings automatically
Do you also sell tours of other providers on your website, say the wine tasting after the boat trip? Then that provider gets an e-mail as soon as someone books or cancels. It only shows what concerns them. Without prices if you like, only from a certain number of people, and in their language.
See straight away who hasn't paid yet
All orders sit in one list, sorted by status: completed, payment pending, awaiting confirmation, cancelled. Under “Payment pending” you find everything still open, from unpaid cash to an overdue balance after a deposit. Search by order number, invoice number, name or e-mail, and filter by sales channel and partner.

Read every change in the history
From the booking to the check-in, Activento keeps a record: payment, reschedule, extra people, scanned ticket, each with the time. When a guest asks or a colleague takes over, it is clear right away what happened. On top come internal notes for your team and messages to the guest, straight from the order.
