Pick the date, the price is set, quote sent
You pick the product and your booking widget opens: you enter date, people, extras and customer details the way a guest would. Activento carries everything over into the quote and works out prices, tax and the total. You can change single prices, give a discount on the total or add a line of your own.

Who said yes, who hasn't yet?
The list shows every quote with number, customer, status, validity and the date it was sent. You filter by draft, sent, accepted, declined or void, search by quote number, download the PDF or open the quote to edit it.
A yes? Booked with one click
When the customer says yes, one click turns the quote into a booking, with everything in it and exactly the quoted price. If you like, the customer gets an e-mail with the payment link right away and confirms payment method and terms themselves when paying.
