Admission & time slots
Time slots for the special exhibition
You sell the permanent collection as a day ticket. The special exhibition “Colour & Light” runs in time slots of 20 visitors each. For every slot you see how many of the 20 tickets are left. At most 120 guests are in the building at once, based on a 90 minute visit. For the private view you block the 17:30 slot. Tickets you already sold stay valid.

Guided tours & workshops
The curator's tour in German or English
For every tour you decide when it takes place and in which language. The curator's tour runs on Saturdays at 11:00 and 15:00 in German, at 14:00 in English. Your guests tap their language when they book and only see the matching times. They order the exhibition catalogue for €32 along with it. If the 15:00 tour is sold out, guests join the waitlist. When a place opens up, everyone on the list gets an e-mail.

School classes pay one fixed class price
For school classes you set up tours with one total price. The price depends on the size of the group. “Modern Masters” costs €90 for 10 to 20 people and €120 for 21 to 30. The teacher types in 26 people and sees €120 for the whole class at once. Nobody has to call and ask for the price.
City museum and art gallery on one ticket
With several venues or exhibitions, you sell up to three of them as one combo ticket. The city museum and the art gallery cost €8 and €14 on their own. With a 20 percent combo discount an adult pays €17.60 instead of €22. For the city museum a day is enough, the art gallery adds a time. The discount is already taken off the price.

Sell at the desk, scan at entry
The museum desk runs in the browser or on a tablet. At 17:00 there are 11 places left, whether online or at the desk. Reduced tickets and free entry for children under 18 are ticket types of their own. Guests pay cash or by QR code on their phone. In Germany every receipt carries a TSE signature. Your team then does the entrance scan with the Activento app on a phone.
