Put callers straight on the waitlist
A guest calls although the departure is sold out? You add them right in the booking calendar: open the departure, enter e-mail, name and number of people, done. When a spot opens, they get the same message as everyone who signed up themselves.
- Up to 100 people per entry, right on the departure
- Each e-mail address is on a departure's list only once
- You decide how many entries a departure can have at most
- Remove an entry again with one click
Sign up instead of searching elsewhere
When a departure is full, the widget says so instead of offering the booking, and shows a short form below: e-mail, name, number of spots. After sending it, the guest gets an e-mail to confirm the entry. Once confirmed, they are on the list and hear from you as soon as a spot opens.
Spot free, e-mail out
When a spot opens, the people waiting get an e-mail with the date, a booking link and an opt-out link, in your design. You adjust subject and text in your e-mail templates. If you switch the template off, no e-mail goes out.
You decide who gets the free spot
As soon as a spot frees up, for example through a cancellation, Activento writes to the waitlist. How it does that, you set once for your whole shop.
- Everyone at once: all guests waiting get an e-mail, and whoever books first gets the spot
- In turn: whoever has waited longest gets the spot held, with a personal booking link
- If that person does not book in time, the next one is up automatically
- Once the departure has started, Activento clears the list, or you delete entries yourself
Cancelled at midnight. Rebooked by breakfast.
