With Activento you sell your indoor and outdoor adventures online. Your guests book the climbing forest, the go-kart track or the balloon ride around the clock. They enter age, height and weight as they book. You decide who is allowed on which course. A company group pays you one price for everyone together.

Requirements
Ask for age and height at booking
For every course you decide who may climb. For example from age 8, from 140 cm and up to 120 kg. While booking, the family enters each participant's date of birth and height. Her family sees at once that Emma at 136 cm is too short for the Classic course. Right below sits your note about the kids' course. Children's tickets can require an adult in the same booking, at most two kids per adult.

Levels & equipment
Every level has its own price
You set up the levels of your canyoning tour once. The beginner canyon starts at €69, the jump canyon at €85. Each level has its own start times and its own minimum age. For the jump canyon, guests upload their swimming proof as a PDF while booking. You enter your harnesses once per size, shared by all tours. With 24 harnesses in size M, only 24 guests in size M can start at the same time.

Balloon guests add their weight later
Whoever books a balloon ride for the whole family rarely knows everyone's weight. So your guests add weight and height later on “My booking”. You set the deadline for this, say 24 hours before take-off. One day before the deadline, an e-mail reminds them. For the Maier family only Lina's weight is still missing.
Climbing forest closed for thunderstorms
When a thunderstorm rolls in, you cancel all of the day's slots at once. You pick “Weather” as the reason. Every guest gets your message by e-mail. You decide whether your guests may pick another day on “My booking”. You also decide whether cancelling is free for them.
Groups & vouchers
High ropes team events at group prices
Your high ropes team event has one price for the whole group. For 8 to 12 people you charge €340, for 13 to 20 people €420. If a company comes with 14 people, they pay €420 for everyone together. They add the photo and video package right away, once per booking. In a text field they tell you that two of the group are afraid of heights. A climbing forest voucher for two comes as a PDF with a code.
