Options in the booking widget
Once your guests have chosen the number of people and a date, the booking widget only shows the options that can be booked on that day. Times, free seats and prices then follow the chosen option. If only one option can be booked on a given day, it is selected automatically.
- Each option card shows the name, the short description and the price for the selected people, with an image if you like.
- If you offer a tour in several languages, the widget only shows the options that run in the tour language your guest has chosen.
- You set the order of the option cards in the product editor under Product Options.
Set up every option on its own
Each option opens in the product editor like a product of its own, where you set its person types, prices, availability, capacities and cancellation terms. Booking questions and participant data can also be set separately for every option. On the parent product you set the product name and add the early bird and last-minute rules that apply to all options together.
Rental length, boat, experience or room
Product options fit any offer that is booked in several versions. At a rental shop these can be different rental lengths, on a New Year's Eve cruise different boats. A harbour tour can be offered as a classic tour, with dinner or as a lights tour. At an escape game, each room becomes an option of its own.
