The gift card product in your booking widget
You create gift card products in your product list and sell them in your booking widget just like your tours. The checkout can ask for the recipient's name and a greeting, each one optional or required. After payment the code is assigned automatically and the voucher PDF is attached to the booking confirmation. If you also switch on the e-mail field, your guests can have the voucher sent straight to the recipient.
- A free amount between minimum and maximum, or fixed persons and units of one tour
- The value of product vouchers adjusts automatically when the tour price changes
- Your own PDF template, which your guests can preview before they pay
- Codes from your own pattern or from a list of your own codes
- Valid until the end of the third year after the year of purchase, or for a set number of days
Up to 1,000 codes at once
For campaigns you create value vouchers or percentage discount codes as a batch, with your own prefix if you like. Amount, validity, maximum redemptions and the rule "Once per e-mail address" apply to every code in the batch. The batch ID lets you filter your voucher list down to all codes of one campaign.
Import existing vouchers
You import vouchers from another system as a CSV file, including remaining balance, status and the number of past redemptions. Open vouchers therefore stay redeemable after the switch to Activento. You can export your voucher list with all codes as a CSV or Excel file at any time.
