With Activento you sell your food tours, beer tours and pub crawls online. Your guests book their spot around the clock. They add their allergies as they book. Anyone who turns up at the meeting point pays the guide on the spot. Every venue on your route gets its statement as a PDF.

Venues & settlements
Settle up with every venue
You add every venue on your route once with its price. Trattoria Lucia gets €7.80 per guest, Brauhaus am Park a flat €45 per tour. Right after the tour you see what each stop cost. With 14 guests that comes to €109.20 for the trattoria. At the end of the month you download a PDF statement for each venue. When a new booking comes in, the venue can get an e-mail.

Ask about allergies right when booking
When booking, every guest says what they can't tolerate or don't eat. Then vegan or peanut allergy appears next to the name. Or your guests add it on “My booking”, say up to 48 hours before the tour. You send the finished list as a PDF to the trattoria's kitchen. For the Beer & Food Tour you set a minimum age of 18. If Mia is only 17 on tour day, the tour can't be booked for her.

Book a private tour at a group price
A stag do or a work party books Food Tour Schanze all to itself. It pays one price for the whole round. Up to 6 people the tour costs €390, up to 12 people €590. While booking, the group sees right away what it pays. You no longer have to write a quote by e-mail.
Book the drinks package along with it
Guests add a drinks package or a souvenir glass while booking. The drinks package with three drinks costs €12.50 per person. You decide whether an extra is charged per person or once per booking. Nobody has to hunt for change along the way. For the souvenir glasses you set a maximum per date.

At the meeting point your guide scans every ticket with the Activento app. On the Pub Crawl St. Pauli that shows 18 of 22 guests have arrived. The 3 free spots go straight to guests without a ticket. The guests pay in cash or by QR code. When the group moves on, the guide e-mails every guest. So everyone knows which bar comes next.
