Settle up with everyone you work with
Activento charges you its platform fees. You pay your resellers commission, your suppliers for their services and your partner shops for their tours, and you see what your team earned in the month. For each of these statements Activento creates the right document. Most of them are under Accounting & Finance, the staff statement is in the team area.

What you pay Activento, ready every month
After each month end Activento creates the statement for the base fee and the system fees. You don't have to create anything, only download it. And you can always see which bookings are behind the system fees.

Resellers get their commission settled automatically
On the billing day Activento settles every partner automatically. Each booking counts by its tour date, with the commission that applied when it was booked. Cancelled bookings earn no commission. The partner gets the document as a PDF by e-mail.

Pay suppliers only once the tour has run
Catering, brewery, wine tasting: what your suppliers get per tour, you set once in a rate template. An open item only arises once the tour has run; cancelled tours never show up. The open items become a draft, the draft becomes the finished PDF, and at the end you mark the statement as paid.

Sell partner tours and settle them cleanly
You sell another Activento shop's tour under your own name. The partner sets what you pay per person, and every booking keeps the price that applied when it was sold. At month end you turn this into the settlement basis, not an invoice: the partner writes the invoice to you, and you enter its number on the statement.

What your team earned this month
With the Staff Add-on, the office creates a draft for each month: tours with hours and pay, recorded working time, weekend and holiday bonuses and bonuses from your rules. When everything is right, you close the month and it is locked. Your staff see their closed months under “My settlement”. It is a statement, not a payslip.
