Pick Classic or Premium right when booking
You offer your cellar wine tasting in two tiers. Classic with five wines costs €24.90, Premium with eight wines €38.50. Each tier has its own times, for example Premium only at 18:00 with 12 places. With the tasting, guests add the cheese board for two or a Riesling to take home. For the Riesling you allow at most 20 bottles per date. Once the 60 bottles in stock are gone, nobody can book another one.

Beer tasting from age 18 only
For the brewery tour you set up two ticket types. With beer tasting the ticket costs €19.90, for drivers without the tasting €12.50. On the beer tasting ticket you enter 18 as the minimum age. Every guest enters their date of birth when booking. If Lena Weber is still 17 on tour day, she can't book the beer tasting. She reads your notice in German, English or Dutch.

Give the wine tasting for the 40th
For Julia's 40th birthday her friends buy the wine tasting voucher online from you. The PDF carries her name and a greeting. Julia has until the end of 2029 to redeem it. With the code from the PDF she then books her date. Instead of a set tasting, a voucher for an amount of their choice works too.
Sell free spots right at the counter
If someone walks in without a booking, you see the free spots at once. For the 14:00 tour there are 4 left. Two tickets with beer tasting cost €39.80, paid in cash or by QR code. Online those two spots are gone that very moment. In Germany a TSE signs every sale for the tax office.
Companies & quotes
Write a quote for the company outing
If Hoffmann GmbH comes with 16 colleagues, your group price applies. For 11 to 20 people that is €480 for the private wine tasting. With cheese boards and Riesling to take home the quote comes to €802.40. Until 16 October the quote holds the 16 places for the company. After they accept, you convert the quote into the booking. With automatic invoices switched on, the company gets its invoice with VAT ID after payment.
