Booking system for wind & water activities
With Activento you sell your wind and water activities online. Your guests book their rafting tour or kite lesson around the clock. They give their age, weight and experience as they book. Rentals and lessons share your boards and wetsuits. After a storm call-off your guests pick the new date themselves.

Eligibility rules
Ask for age and weight at booking
For every tour you set a minimum age, a maximum weight and the experience needed. Your rafting tour might be open from age 14 and up to 110 kilos. In the widget your guests enter the date of birth and weight of every participant. If a child is only 12, your own note about the family tour appears. You collect the details at booking or later on “My booking”. You set the deadline yourself, for example 48 hours before the start.

Rental & equipment
SUP rental by the hour or day
At SUP rental Chiemsee your guests book an hour, a half day or a full day. You set a separate price for each rental length. You keep wetsuits in stock by size, say 4 in S and 2 in M. Your lessons use the same boards and suits. Once every XL suit is out, XL can no longer be booked in the widget. After each return you keep 30 minutes free for drying.

Upload the dive card right at booking
For the lake dive you ask for the dive card as a required document. Guests upload it as a PDF when they book. If you like, every participant uploads their own. The booking shows you right away whose card is still missing. You ask for the boat licence on your motorboat rental the same way.
A minimum per course, with early warning
For the SUP beginner course you set a minimum, for example 4 participants. You add a cutoff, say 48 hours before the start. If only 2 have signed up, you get a warning before the cutoff. Your guests notice nothing of this, and whether you cancel the course is up to you.
Weather & cancellations
Storm call-off, guests pick a new date
Storm gusts are forecast for Saturday, so you call off the kitesurf course. You pick “Weather” as the reason and write your guests a few lines. All 8 guests get this message by e-mail. If you allow it, they pick the next weekend themselves on “My booking”. Or they cancel free of charge. If the storm shows days ahead, you warn all 46 booked guests by broadcast e-mail.
