As they book, they choose their pickup stop and see their pickup time at once. They add flight number and luggage in the same step. The pickup time shows right at booking
Your airport shuttle leaves the city centre for the airport at 6:00, for example. As they book, passengers choose their pickup stop from your list. For each stop you enter how many minutes before departure you get there. At Hotel am Hofgarten that is 30 minutes, so pickup at 05:30. You ask for flight number and luggage in the same step. Instead of fixed stops you can also set a radius in which guests enter their own address.

Several vans for one departure
The 6:00 departure has 24 seats in three vans with 8 seats each. Every booking lands in a van with room for the whole group. So a family rides together instead of being split across two vans. In the calendar you give each van its driver. If Van 3 still has no driver, the calendar warns you. When needed, you drag a booking into another van.

Pickup list per van as PDF and in the app
Van 2 leaves at 6:00 with seven guests from three bookings. Its list shows who gets on where and at what time. You add flight number and luggage as columns. You send the list as a PDF to the driver or to your subcontractor. In the Activento app your driver has the same list at hand.
On a private transfer the group rides alone
On a private transfer the group has the van to itself. The price depends on the number of people. Up to 3 people the ride costs €85, 4 to 8 people €135. Guests see the fixed price in the widget, not only on request. You decide how many private transfers run at the same time.
Hotels & partners
Hotels book shuttles at the front desk
The front desk at Parkhotel Schwabing books the shuttle for its guests from its own login. It enters the guests and the pickup stop itself. The hotel pays later by invoice, if you allow it. You set the commission for each partner separately, for hotels 10 percent for example. On a €57.50 booking the hotel earns €5.75. Your subcontractor Taxi Huber gets an e-mail for every booking, without prices if you like.
