Confirmation, payment request, cancellation, rebooking, reminder before the tour, review request, invitations for your team: more than 40 templates are already there, sorted by occasion. At a glance you see who gets the e-mail, with which subject and whether all translations are done. If you don't need an e-mail, you switch it off.

Adapt e-mails block by block
Every e-mail is made of blocks: greeting, order details, payment link, legal texts, sign-off. You switch them on or off and change the texts. Placeholders fill in order number, date and shop name automatically. Beside it the preview shows straight away how the e-mail reaches your guest.

Activento sends you today's bookings, all orders of the day or a weekly overview, daily, weekly or monthly at the time you choose. Every row shows the channel the booking came through. Activento also reports new reviews to you, only the bad ones if you prefer. You pause any rule with one click.
