With Activento you sell your indoor and outdoor sports online, from padel courts to climbing gyms. Your guests book a court or lane around the clock. For mini golf or the trampoline park they pick a start time. No start time ever takes more guests than you have room for. Whatever is still free, you sell at the counter.

Courts & lanes
Rent courts for 60 or 90 minutes
Your guests rent a padel court for 60 or 90 minutes. Both game lengths run on the same four courts. Once all four are taken at 18:00, that time is sold out for every guest. You set up bowling lanes, pool tables or squash courts the same way. From 5 pm an hour on the court costs €38 instead of €28. You set this evening rule once for all four courts.

At most 16 guests every 30 minutes
For mini golf you sell tickets with a fixed start time. Or you sell day tickets that your guests redeem during opening hours. For each start time you decide how many guests may begin. Once the 16 spots at 14:00 are gone, nobody gets another ticket for 14:00. At the entrance your team scans the QR code on the ticket with the Activento app. When the Kraus family arrives for the 14:30 window, the app shows “Checked in” right away.

If a family turns up without a booking, you sell them the tickets at the counter. Two adults and two children for 16:30 cost €32. They pay in cash or by QR code. At the till you see the same free spots as online. In Germany your TSE signs every receipt.
Indoor skydiving only up to 120 kg
In your wind tunnel only people aged 4 and over may fly, for example. On top of that comes a weight limit of 120 kg. Each participant enters date of birth and weight when booking. If someone weighs more, the booking cannot be completed. Instead they see your notice “Flying is only possible up to 120 kg.”
Groups & events
Company bowling for 10 to 24 people
For company bowling the group pays one price for everyone, tiered by headcount. For up to 16 people the two hours cost €240, for up to 24 people €290. If a company books 18 people for Friday at 18:00, they pay €290. They add the drinks package per person and the finger food platter once for everyone. You decide how many groups play on your lanes at the same time. With three groups per time, the third booking is the last one.
