With Activento you sell your escape games and laser tag rounds online. Your guests book room, time and number of players in one step. They see the price for their group right away. You decide when each room starts. If a group turns up without a booking, you take payment at the counter.

Rooms & start times
Set start times for every room
For every room you set game length, player count and price. In the Art Heist a game takes 60 minutes plus 30 minutes to reset. So a group starts there every 90 minutes, from 12:00 to 19:30. An Art Heist booking at 18:00 also blocks 18:00 for your team event in that room. You block single start times when needed, say Saturday at 15:00. Your guests can book until two hours before the game starts.

Prices & team size
The price follows the number of players
Every room has price tiers by number of players. In the Art Heist, 2 to 3 players pay €79 and 4 to 5 players €109. If five friends book the room at 18:00, they see their €109 right away. Only one team plays in each room at a time. Laser tag is priced per player, two euros less from 10 players. On Fridays and Saturdays you add 15 percent if you like.

Every game has its own minimum age
For example, laser tag is from age 12 and the Witch's Cottage from 16. When booking, you ask for each player's date of birth. What counts is the age on the day of play. If someone is too young, the booking does not go through. The group then reads your note “Laser tag is for players aged 12 and up.”
Kids' birthdays with pizza and decorations
Parents put the kids' birthday together as they book. They add pizza and a soft drink per child, eight times for 8 kids. The birthday table with decorations comes once per party for €24. If you only have one table, only one party can book it per time. You ask for the birthday child's name in the same step.
Vouchers & front desk
Give an escape room as a gift
Your guests gift a room for a set player count, say the Art Heist for four. They type in the name and a greeting as they buy. The voucher arrives as a PDF with a code by e-mail. The recipient picks the game date only when redeeming. Four walk-in players pay for their laser tag round at the desk, cash or QR code. If you allow it, guests move their date themselves on “My booking”.
