With Activento you sell day tickets for zoos, aquariums and wildlife parks online. Families buy their tickets at home and add the feeding right away. You set how many visitors may come in on one day. Anyone standing at the gate without a ticket buys one at your till. The same daily limit applies there as online.

Day tickets & families
Family price and one daily cap
Your day ticket is valid on the booked day from 9:00 to 18:00. Adults pay €16, children €9 and infants nothing. The family ticket for two adults and two children costs €44. Children's tickets only come with an adult, at most four per adult. For every day you set a limit, for example 2,500 visitors. Once it is reached, the day is sold out online and at the till.

Combo tickets
Zoo and aquarium cheaper together
You sell the day ticket and the aquarium together as one combo ticket. The family picks a day for the zoo and a time for the Blauwasser Aquarium. You set the combo discount in percent or set your own combo price. At 15 percent the family saves €13.80. For the aquarium you also cap how many visitors stand at the tanks at once. At Blauwasser that is at most 300 for a visit of about 60 minutes.

Birthday parties at a fixed group price
You sell children's birthday parties, school classes or company outings at a group price. For 6 to 10 people a party at the zoo costs €189. For 11 to 16 people the next tier applies at €239. The parents enter 8 people and see the €189 at once. Per time slot you allow two groups at most, for example.
Give a day as a zookeeper
You sell vouchers for one specific experience or for a free amount. The giver enters a name and a greeting. After payment the voucher arrives as a PDF with a QR code by e-mail. The recipient later types in the code when she books. Bought in 2026, the voucher stays valid until the end of 2029.
Day till & gate
Tickets, aquarium and feeding at one till
At the main entrance till you sell day tickets, the aquarium and the sea lion feeding. The family pays cash or scans the till's QR code with a phone. If your till is in Germany, every receipt runs through a TSE. Till, website and partners draw from the same daily limit. On Saturday 1,840 of 2,500 tickets are sold. At the gate your team checks in the Brandt family of five with one scan.
