Show how popular your tour is
On the product in the booking widget it says, for example, “8x booked in the last 24 hours”. The number comes from the real bookings in your system, not from an estimate. If it is below your threshold, the counter stays hidden: with a threshold of 3 it only appears from the third booking.

When time runs out, you decide
When a guest puts a tour in the cart, a countdown starts, and their seats stay reserved until it ends. Reloading the page or opening a second tab doesn't change the time left. When it runs out, you release the seats, restart the timer or send the guest to another page. Duration, text and expiry message are yours to set.
Book the package, save money
On combo products a note shows how much the package saves compared with booking the tours one by one, as an amount, right in the booking step and, if you like, in the cart and at checkout too. The same goes for super combos, where the guest chooses between several tours. You set the text and colours, and the {savings} placeholder fills in the amount.
Free seats right next to the date
The number of free seats comes straight from your calendar. For dates without a time it sits on the day tile, for time slots right next to the time. Above your cap it shows, for example, “50+”, and once everything is gone, the line disappears.
The whole month at a glance
A coloured dot on every day tile shows how full the whole day is, counted across all its times. Booked, blocked and sold-out slots count as taken. So your guest sees across the whole month where there is still room. Thresholds, colours and dot size you set under Marketing, the position in the widget editor.
Full dates turn red
Every day and every time in the booking calendar takes the colour of its utilisation: green with plenty of room, orange from your threshold, red when sold out. You set the colours and the threshold, and each level gets its own hint text. In the widget editor you choose whether the day, the time or both are coloured.
The day's price in the calendar
Under every day tile sits the price for that day, with all the price rules that apply on that date. Before the guest picks the number of people, it is a guide price, with “from” if you like. After that it shows the exact total for their group. Rounding to whole amounts, font size and weight you set per product.
Bestseller, new or insider tip
A badge sits in the booking widget on the product image or beside the product name. You create up to 50 templates, each with up to 25 characters, its own colours and border. The {year} placeholder inserts the current year, so “Bestseller {year}” stays up to date by itself. On the product you choose the badge, in the widget editor its place.
Answer questions before anyone asks
Short notes with an icon tell your guests what they want to know before booking, such as the meeting point, the duration or whether dogs are welcome. Up to 50 templates with their own icon, colour and text size, and up to five per product in your order. They sit on the product in the booking widget and, depending on your settings, in the cart and at checkout too.
Guests see what they save
When a guest books at an early-bird or last-minute price, a note shows what they save, as an amount and in percent. It sits above the price summary in the cart and at checkout. You set the text with {savings} and {percent} per price rule.
Cancellation terms while booking
The cancellation terms come from the rules you set on the product. Your guest sees them while booking, in the cart and at checkout, without having to look anything up. Once the deadline has passed, you can hide the note or show that cancelling is no longer possible.
