With Activento you sell your multi-day tours and trips online. Your guests book a round trip or retreat directly, with no e-mails back and forth. They click the start day and see the whole trip at once. If they prefer, they pay a deposit first and the rest later by link. The calendar shows you which departure is filling up.

Trip dates
Departure every Saturday, eight days long
You set once which weekdays your trip starts on. The South Tyrol round trip starts on Saturdays and lasts eight days. Your guests only click the start day in the calendar. The whole trip up to the last day is then marked. Each departure has its own seats, with 14 still left for 12 September. On coach trips guests pick their boarding point, say Nuremberg at 06:00 or Munich at 09:00.

Deposit first, the rest by payment link
At €2,580 for two people hardly anyone pays everything at once. Your guests choose the deposit while booking, here 20 percent or €516. They pay the rest up to 30 days before departure by payment link. A reminder goes out to them automatically beforehand. On “My booking” they can see at any time what is still open. Your cancellation tiers stay as they were on the day of booking.

Flight numbers and allergies before departure
For every traveller you ask for date of birth, allergies and dietary needs. For every booking also the flight number and arrival time. Anything still missing, your guests add on “My booking” up to seven days before departure. For the Algarve yoga retreat 14 of 16 guests are already complete. You pull the finished list as Excel or PDF.
A fixed quote for the hiking club
Clubs, companies and school classes want the price in writing. You pick the departure and group size, then enter your group price. For the 22 hiking friends that is €1,140 instead of €1,290 per person. Until the quote expires the seats stay reserved for the group. Once the club says yes, you turn the quote straight into the booking.

Split big departures into two groups
When a departure is well booked, you split it into several groups. The 5 September Alps crossing runs as two groups of twelve, each with a tour leader. If Tour 2 is still short of a guide, you see it at once. For 19 September you need eight guests. Only five are booked so far. The early warning reaches you in time by e-mail and as a task. The Berghotel Meran hears about every booking and every cancellation automatically.
