You decide how your guests pay
All payment methods sit in one list. You switch them on or off and drag them into the order your guests see in the booking widget. For each method you also set where it is offered: in the booking widget, behind a payment link, for bookings you create yourself or at on-site sales.
- Five places per method: booking widget, payment link, bookings you create, on-site sales, bookings that need your confirmation
- Methods your payment provider cannot process are flagged and stay out of the checkout
- Enter your bank details once: they appear in the order e-mail and on the invoice
- The fees of your plan in the same place
Control payment methods by country and tour
For each method you set which guests it applies to: worldwide or only for selected countries. You can exclude single tours, and inside a tour you can hide payment methods too. Bank transfer drops out for dates that are too close; how many days before, you set yourself. With several tours in the cart, only what all of them allow is offered.
A note of its own for every payment method
For every method you can add your own texts: a note while paying and one printed under the totals on the invoice and on the cancellation invoice. Methods without a payment provider, such as bank transfer or cash, also get a note in the order confirmation and on “My booking”. For bank transfer, Activento prints your bank details on the invoice right above the note.
Payment links with your logo
When you ask a guest for a payment, for a phone booking or a surcharge say, they get a link. It leads to a pay page where they choose a payment method and pay. You give the page a background image and a white version of your logo and check the result in the preview. The link stays with the order, so you can open it or send it again at any time.
For open payments, Activento sends a reminder
For an open bank transfer you send the reminder from the order with one click, as an e-mail in the language of the booking. Unpaid bank transfers can also release their seats automatically after a number of days you choose, and halfway through a reminder goes out first. The order stays open and the guest can still pay. For “Pay before event”, Activento reminds automatically on the days you choose, such as 7, 3 and 1 day before. And if an online payment fails, the guest gets an e-mail with the link to the pay page right away.
