With Activento you sell your guided hikes and treks online. Your guests book a day hike or a hut trek directly with you. They get the meeting point and packing list with their ticket. Multi-day treks
The hut trek always starts on Fridays
The Karwendel hut trek lasts five days. You allow Friday as the only start day. In the calendar your guests pick the Friday and see the four days after it marked. The €690 per person covers the whole trek. A 25 percent deposit is enough at booking, €345 for two people. The balance of €1,035 is due by 21 August.

Safety & participant data
Under 16 the tour cannot be booked
For the Watzmann traverse you ask every participant for date of birth and experience level. An emergency contact for the booking comes on top. As a rule you set a minimum age of 16 and the level Good. If a participant is only 15, the booking stops with your own message. You decide whether guests enter this at checkout or on My Booking 48 hours ahead. It all lands in the participant list for your guide.

The herb walk needs five guests
For every hike you set a minimum number of guests. For the herb walk in Ramsau it is five by 24 hours before the start. If only three are booked shortly before the deadline, you can get an early warning. You choose whether the tour is then cancelled automatically at the deadline or only you are warned. With “Only warn me” it is up to you whether you set off with three guests.
The head torch is already on the ticket
For every tour you store the meeting point, requirements and packing list. For the sunrise hike on the Jenner that is the Jennerbahn valley station at 04:30. Your guests should bring a head torch, a warm jacket and sturdy shoes. The requirements are being sure-footed and a 2.5 hour ascent. It is all on the PDF ticket and saves you questions on the phone.
Weather & tour day
Only the summit tour is cancelled
If a thunderstorm rolls in, you cancel only the Hoher Göll summit tour. Your other tours that day go ahead. Your message goes by e-mail to the nine guests of this tour. If you allow it, they pick a new date on My Booking or cancel for free. At a trailhead without signal your guide checks the group in with the preloaded guest list. The app sends the seven scans on once the guide has reception again.
