With Activento you sell your cooking classes and tastings online. Your guests book the sushi class or the gin tasting around the clock. They enter their allergies as they book. The wine pairing goes in the same booking. Anyone who wants to give a class as a gift buys the voucher straight from you.

Allergies & diet
The participant list with every allergy
You decide what you want to know about every participant. For example allergies, diet or date of birth. Julia Hoffmann enters her hazelnut allergy on “My booking”. She has until 48 hours before the Tuscan cooking night to do so. You send the list with all 12 guests to your kitchen as a PDF. Only guests who are already 18 can book the gin tasting.

A waitlist for the sold-out class
Once the sushi class with 12 places is full, more guests join the waitlist. When a place opens up, an e-mail goes out to everyone on the list at once. The first to book gets the place. For every class you set a minimum number of guests. With only 4 of 6 bookings two days out, the pasta class triggers an early warning. If you cancel the class, your guests may rebook themselves or cancel free of charge.

Sell the wine pairing with the class
While booking, your guests add the wine pairing with three glasses. It costs €19.50 per participant, the recipe box €12 once per booking. You have 40 cooking aprons on the shelf. You enter that number once. After that nobody can book more than 40 aprons.
Give a cooking night for two
Your guests buy the voucher around the clock on your website. For example the Tuscan cooking night for 2 as a birthday gift. The PDF carries a personal greeting to Laura. It arrives by e-mail right after payment. Laura then picks her own date whenever it suits her.
Groups & companies
Book team cooking at a group price
For Tuscan team cooking you set prices for the whole group. Up to 10 people the evening costs €720, up to 16 people €1,120. A team of 14 sees its price right away while booking. If Brenner & Vogt want a quote first, you write one at a fixed price. The places stay reserved until the quote's expiry date. Once the company says yes, you turn the quote into the booking.
