Timetable & buses
Every departure gets its bus
You set up your departures once as a timetable. For example six tours a day between 9:00 and 17:00. You simply tick the weekdays you run on. Then you pick a bus from your fleet for each departure. The double-decker puts exactly 48 tickets on sale, the midibus 24. The day view shows you right away which tour is sold out and where seats are still free.

Board with the ticket on the phone
Your guests show their ticket on their phone. Your driver scans it at the bus door with the Activento app. If one QR code covers the whole booking, the Krüger family of three boards with a single scan. For hop-on hop-off the validity runs from the first scan, for example 48 hours. The guest list in the app shows next to every guest whether they are already checked in. Scanning works even when there is no signal at the stop.

Website and stop sell the same seats
Many guests only decide once the bus is right in front of them. Your driver sells them the ticket in the Activento app, say the 24h ticket for €25. They pay by card right on the phone or by QR code through a payment link. Driver and website sell from the same bus. If 3 seats are left at 14:00, app and website show the same number. So the last seat never goes twice.
