Every departure of the season at a glance
You set up your departure times once for the whole season. For example April to October, every day at fixed times. Then you give each departure a vessel. If MS Hafenkönig has 180 seats, this trip gets exactly 180 tickets. The calendar shows you right away which trip is getting tight and which vessel is still free that day.

Scan tickets right at the pier
Your crew scans the tickets with the Activento app right at the pier. Each scan shows at once whether the ticket is valid. The passenger list shows you who is already on board and who is still missing. It also lists the pre-ordered extras for this trip, for example fish rolls or sparkling wine. If the signal drops at the pier, the app simply keeps scanning. As soon as reception is back, it syncs everything.

Book the seat on board with the ticket
When booking, your guests see the deck in front of them. There they pick their table, their row or a standing place. For this you draw each deck once in the seating plan add-on. Ready-made templates for ships are included. A window seat can cost more than standing room. Before every trip you see exactly which seats are still free. If a different vessel has to sail at short notice, you move the booked seats step by step to the new ship.
