You put the form together yourself
You set up the form in the widget editor, like any other widget. You choose the fields, write the introduction, the thank-you text and the privacy notice, and decide who hears about a new submission. Ready-made templates for withdrawal, charter enquiries and contact give you a head start.

How a withdrawal reaches you
The guest clicks the button, fills in the form and sends it. Everything after that happens by itself: the withdrawal is stored, you get an e-mail or a task, and the guest receives a confirmation with date, time and their details. Nothing is cancelled automatically, though: you check the case and decide in the order.

You decide who gets told
For every form you choose how you hear about a new submission: by e-mail, as a task for your team or both. You pick the recipients; otherwise the e-mail goes to the addresses that receive your sales e-mails. How long submissions are kept is up to you as well, from 30 days to one year. After that Activento deletes them by itself.
Every withdrawal in black and white
In the form log under Emails & Automation every withdrawal is listed with the time, the sender and the website it came from, exactly as it was sent. Nobody can change it afterwards. For any period you choose, you download everything as a CSV file.
Two ways to cancel
Anyone with their booking link cancels or rebooks under My booking, either on their own or as a request, depending on your rules. The form is the second way, open to everyone else: no link, no login, for withdrawal, cancellation and any other question.
