Overview

How happy are your guests, really?

Under Reviews you see your average, how the stars spread from 1 to 5 and every single review with date, text, order and guide. One click on a bar shows only those stars. Who in your team may see or edit reviews is set in the permissions.

You approve reviews yourself

If you like, you see every new review before it goes public. Insults, false claims or spam you can hide, factual criticism stays visible. Before you hide or delete a review, Activento shows you what is allowed and what is not.

Personal feedback stays internal

When a guest writes to you personally about what they did not like, it lands in the Feedback tab, with the order and the guide of the tour. There you tick it off as read or done. If you want, Activento reports every new review and every piece of feedback to you by e-mail, as a task or in the dashboard.

Smiley check

First a smiley, then the review

With the smiley check, the link in the e-mail first opens five faces, from “Very unhappy” to “Very happy”. One click is all it takes, no sign-in. Then the thank-you page asks every guest for their review, whichever smiley they picked. The button leads to your review platform, Google for example, or straight to Activento.

Stars on your website

The reviews widget shows the average of the last 12 months, the spread as bars and every review with stars, date, name and text. Below it sits a note on authenticity, as a default text in 24 languages or in your own words. Guests see your average in the booking widget too, and one click opens every review.

Which guide do guests like best?

For every review Activento remembers who from your team was on the tour. In the staff profile you see the average and the reviews per guide, in the overview you filter by guide. And every guide sees their own reviews under “My reviews”.
