Find any guest straight away
Type a name, an e-mail address or a company and the guest is right in front of you, with all their orders and the revenue they brought you. If someone books by phone, you add them by hand. If the e-mail address already exists, Activento notices before a second entry is created.

Excel in, Excel out
Switching from another system? Upload your customer list as a CSV or Excel file, up to 10,000 rows. If a guest already exists, you decide: fill in what is missing, overwrite or skip. It works the other way round too: export your customers as CSV or Excel, for example only VIPs, only guests who have booked or only a certain period.
Reward regulars automatically
Set after how many orders a guest gets a discount code, how big the discount is and how long it is valid. With a minimum order value, only real purchases count. You mark your best guests as VIP and create a code of their own for them. The guest sees open codes on their My booking page, and every code only works for the guest's own e-mail address.
See how often a guest has been with you
The customer file lists every order of the guest, newest first: with order number, status, date, tour and number of people. At the top you see how many orders there are in total. One click on a row opens the order with all its details.
