You run the tour, your partner sells it
Activity sharing links two Activento shops through one tour, and it works both ways. The tour provider runs the tour and sets its gross price per person type. The seller offers it in their own shop, under their own name and at their own price. Dates and free seats stay in sync live, and settlement happens at the end of the month.
- As the tour provider: more guests through partner shops, and you decide the price, the cancellation deadline and the sales stop

Your partner puts your tour into their combo offer
Your partner requests your tour using your shop ID, you set the terms, and they accept them. From then on they can combine your tour with their own, their walking tour plus your harbour cruise for example. Their guests book both in one go, and the dates of your harbour cruise come live from your shop.

No price changes behind your back
Terms are never overwritten. When the tour provider offers a new price or a new deadline, it arrives as a new version, and the seller accepts exactly that version. Until then the old one applies. Every booking keeps the price it was sold at, so nobody argues about it at settlement. Only the sales stop applies at once.
Partner seats count too
Every partner booking reserves a seat in your departure. You see these seats as a list of their own in the departure, the participant list, the occupancy and the export, and your own widget counts them: a departure with 20 seats, 14 own bookings and 4 partner seats has 2 left, for both shops. Check-in, ticket and payment stay with the partner who sold the seat.
