The guide notices by itself what is already done
After your first login you add your industry, time zone and shop language. Then the guide under “Start & Onboarding” takes over: it reads from your shop which steps are done and shows in Start, Your choice and Before go-live what is still missing. Every step takes you to the right place, and there is nothing to tick off.
- Start: company details, billing and tax details, first product, terms and privacy policy
- Before go-live: connect Mollie or PayPal, make a test booking, switch to live mode, check the booking e-mails
- Your choice: shop branding, inviting your team, checking the widget design
- A progress bar that updates itself from your real data every time you visit
Moving from your old system, step by step
Coming from Regiondo, FareHarbor, Excel or your own shop? The guide asks you two questions: do you have future bookings, and do you have open vouchers? Anything that does not apply is hidden. Then you import the products first, followed by bookings and vouchers. Each import is linked from the checklist. Finally you confirm the move and switch your shop from test to live.
- Imported data is real data: it stays when you go live, while test data is deleted
- Confirm the move once nobody can book in the old system any more; the date is saved
- For seven days after you confirm, a clear warning that the same seat can be sold twice while the old system still sells
Check first, then import
The product, booking and customer imports check the file before anything is saved: how many rows can be imported, which ones already exist and which are rejected, with the reason for each row, such as “unknown product” or “date missing”. You see the first rows as a preview, download the rejected ones as CSV, fix them and check again. For customers you already have, you decide: fill gaps, overwrite or skip. Imported products arrive as drafts, and imported bookings send nobody an e-mail.
Upload your export from Regiondo or FareHarbor
You upload a CSV or Excel file and the import reads the column names. If you pick Regiondo or FareHarbor as the source, the fields are already matched to that tool's export columns. Required fields are marked, every match can be changed, and you can save it under a name of your own so the next file fits straight away. Products, bookings and customers all work the same way.
Your old system will miss you. You won't miss it.
